Remember years ago when we were all missing cause - no cell phones at the time. This means she's is really MISSING so let's hope for the best.

I wish this was true. I’ve never seen a major city with no traffic lights, and no respect for traffic rules. It’s such a shame. Nairobi will always fail, as long as every driver takes the matter into their own hands. Floating traffic rules is not only retrogressive, but also adds to air pollution, time lost doing nothing, but just sitting in traffic, wastefulness of gas, productivity is impacted and the overall health of citizens is impacted as well. Just to name but a few examples of bad outcomes from luck of planning and lack of implementation of existing laws.
Nairobi should by now, have a city train system, serving residents, modeled on, for example, the way kenya bus system used to run. The planned rapid bus system is the wrong idea for Nairobi. First of all, how does installing a stage on a busy highway like Thika road help? Poor planning and lack of vision is huge problem for Nairobi and other Kenyan cities.
