I've been very loyal to safaricom but they are taking advantage of my loyalty, its time to move on.....from green to red..

that's preposterous,ysterday I withdrew 2400 & was charged 28sh n not 27sh....furthermore,sending 1-100sh is charged at 2sh....

I migrated long ago,I've just been checking what these greedy people do to the common mwananchi,they just want to have profits and then blind fold us with the stupid offers they call giving back to the community. There's nothing like that,give us the best service not making us feel like we are paying their debts..but all in all,no riches in heaven.
