MP Moses Kuria Alleges Plot to Impeach Deputy President William Ruto
Gatundu South MP Moses Kuria has alleged that there is a plot to impeach Deputy President William Ruto.
Kuria, in a Facebook post on Sunday, May 17th, claimed that the recently elected Senate Majority Whip Senator Irungu Kang’ata had received instructions to initiate the removal of Tharaka-Nithi Senator Prof. Kithure Kindiki as Senate Deputy Speaker.
The removal of Kindiki, Kuria said, is meant to lay the ground for the looming impeachment of DP Ruto.
Kuria wrote: “The Jubilee Party Owner Occupier has given express instruction to Sen Irungu Kangata to initiate the removal of Prof Kithure Kindiki as Deputy Speaker in the Senate so as to pave way for the impeachment of William Ruto.”
“Like Job, we refuse to give up on our Living God. We shall overcome. God will not forsake the righteous to appease the evil.”
His allegations come barely a week after DP Ruto allies Senators Kipchumba Murkomen (Elgeyo-Marakwet) and Susan Kihika (Nakuru) were ousted as Senate Majority Leader and Whip respectively.
They were stripped of their positions during a meeting chaired by President Kenyatta at State House, Nairobi on Monday, May 11th and replaced with Senators Samuel Poghisio (West Pokot) and Kang’ata (Murang’a).
The constitution says the DP can be impeached on various grounds including a gross violation of a provision of this Constitution or any other law, the commission of a crime under national or international law, and gross misconduct.

Well, I guess Ruto can easily be impeached for corruption, theft and killing others such as Yebei, Juma and recently Kenei.

Unfortunately you can never help a mad man! Kuria is a rented political prostitute! Ruto has been paying a lot lately for Kuria ili apayuke-payuke hapa na pale without saying anything worth listening!

Oh man with a white man’s name! For your information, Uhuru is the law! He is the judge to decide the kind of formation he wants in Jubilee. The rest are just spectors without any Vito power! Kihika is gone, Murkomen is gone, Kindiki is gone, Duale is standing by the small window on the way out! Ruto is hiding in a cold basement counting some chicken and eggs, etc. Maraga can’t say anything because he will be extradited to the ICC with Ruto!
