Kimilili MP Didmus Barasa Involved in a Road Accident

Kimilili Member of Parliament Didmus Barasa escaped unhurt after the vehicle he was traveling in was involved in a road accident at Ndengelwa area in Bungoma County on Saturday.
The Toyota Prado car is reported to have lost control and veered off the road before rolling over several times.
While veering off the road, Barasa’s vehicle rammed two cyclists leaving them with serious injuries. The two were rushed to Bungoma County Referral Hospital for emergency treatment.
Barasa and his driver, who were heading to a funeral ceremony at Ranje in Kanduyi constituency, Bungoma County, escaped unscathed.
“Sad news Kimilili MP Hon. Didmus Barasa involved in a Road accident at Ndengelwa. The good news is no injuries and we are all safe and sound. God is good,” Barasa’s press team said in a statement.
