Starehe MP Jaguar to Release New Song "Ndoto" after Taking Oath of Office

Popular musician-turned-politician and newly elected Starehe Member of Parliament, Charles Kanyi Njagua alias Jaguar has revealed he will be dropping a new jam dubbed ‘Ndoto’ after taking oath of office on Thursday.

In a post on his twitter account, Jaguar made the announcement, signalling that he is yet to abandon his music career.

"As I take Oath of office today to serve Starehe, I will also drop a new single tomorrow #Ndoto For the millions who walk with me in my music," he posted.

Excited by the announcement with Jaguar's move, Kenyans stormed Twitter, with some suggesting that Jaguar be allowed to drop this jam in Parliament after he is sworn in.

"Can't Parliament allow one of their own to drop #ndoto during swearing in ceremony!, " one posted.

Some even asked if he would be the designated parliament musician.

"Wee utakua unaimbia watu ka Parliament ama?,".

@ChallyKenny said: "Ndoto will be a sure hit as he tells of how he dreamed of becoming a politician and has achieved it,".

Jaguar was declared the Starehe Member of Parliament on a Jubilee party ticket in the August 8th general elections after trouncing Steve Mbogo of ODM and Boniface Mwangi (Ukweli Party).

I would wish Jaguar to send less in the studio and more in parliament.Parliament is a rich environment for his music career though...so hopefully he will balance the two without the other suffering.
