Raila Has Lost it with Tantrums on EACC Corruption List, Says Uhurus Speechwriter

The state has slammed Cord leader Raila Odinga for chastising President Uhuru Kenyattas response to corruption.

It is those with "skeletons in their closets" who were the first to protest Uhurus approach, said the Presidencys senior messaging director Eric Ngeno.

Ngeno claimed Railas "discomfort" has its roots in the "enormous scandals" his office faced in the past administration.

"The Kazi Kwa Vijana and maize scandals are just two of these colossal frauds on the people of Kenya. Discrediting the anti-corruption process is therefore at the heart of his short, medium and long-term personal interest," he said.

"In the Grand Coalition government, Mr Odinga was big on stepping aside as a remedy for perceived integrity lapses in government. All of a sudden, he sees the process as cruel and a joke."

In a statement to newsrooms on Monday, he said Railas "tantrums" indicate a leader "whose strategy and ideology on corruption have been overtaken by time".

Ngeno underlined that the anti-graft war is strong, systematic and large scale, saying the EACCs corruption report was duly submitted to Uhuru and Parliament.

He accused Raila of lacking meaningful grounds for opposing the approach, adding that he is standing against the people of Kenya and has "lost it".

Ngeno said Uhurus apology for past offenses against Kenyans, "some of which Mr Odinga is intimately associated with", was well received by the public.

"The 1982 attempted coup and 2007 post-election violence are some of the matters to which closure will never happen without Mr Odinga standing before the nation and explaining himself," he noted.

Ngeno was responding to Railas view that the public officials on the list of shame should have been fired, not suspended.

Raila said on Monday that Uhuru acted as a whistle blower, not an Executive authority, and accused him of breaching the Constitution by handing the report to Parliament.

"By failing to sack those he has the power to sack while admonishing those he has no powers over, the war on graft has once again been cheapened and turned into a game of musical chairs," he said.

Bravo to Mr Ngeno for telling off this clown who constantly likes to throw just ve ile tantrums to cover his bloody hands in the Kenyan politics. Finally, a level official in the Jubilee had the guts to tell this shameless lunatic what he should have been told years ago. Mr Ngeno I applaud you. You are a true Kenyan hero for officially saying what many ordinary Wananchi have wanted to say for so long; especially the closure on the 1982 attempted coup and the 2007/08 PEV.

A F.O.O.L like Mkenya Bandia (or fake Halisi) says in his heart there is no God; the God who knows that people who steal Presidential Elections or commit graft are WICKED people. And you Mkenya Bandia are the notorious one of them. So keep on blindly F.O.O.L.I.N.G yourself against Raila. He may go to heaven and you to hell if you don't change your F.O.O.L.i.S.H rhetoric against him (Raila). And I am not kidding.

Raila has nothing to lose by criticizing this government. He can run screaming ,throw tantrums and be down right obnoxious!

175 people stole billions of kenyan tax payers money while Uhuru was busy being 'president Africa',ICC victim n basically a diaspora kenyan.

President Uhuru was in charge while his own house was being robbed by his associates and friends.
Team jubilee pointing out other pipo mistakes does not absolve u of yours.

PUT RAILA ON THE LIST OF SHAME OR SHUT UP AND TAKE RESPONSIBILITY OF UR PART IN SLEEPING AT THE JOB WHILE UR OWN FRIENDS ROBBED THE COUNTRY!

WHERE WAS UHURU?
