Kenyan Man Arrested for Conning Foreigners with Fake Permanent Residency Certificates

Police in Nairobi are holding a suspected serial fraudster who has allegedly been targeting foreign nationals.

George Onyango Handa was arrested by the Directorate of Criminal Investigations (DCI) detectives attached to the Department of Immigration for swindling foreign nationals and giving them fake Permanent Residency Certificates.

The National Police Service (NPS) says Onyango has been charged in a Nairobi court for several offenses of obtaining money by false pretenses targeting foreign nationals.

The 56-year-old suspect has allegedly been engaging in illegal activities with his accomplices who are still at large.

“Further investigation is ongoing with a view to prefer more offenses and net his accomplices. The public is encouraged to seek services only through the official channels,” NPS said in a statement on Sunday.

Onyango will be arraigned in court on Monday to answer to charges of obtaining money by false pretense contrary to section 313 of the Penal Code.

It is good to know there are Luos who do not depend on god Raila for thinking.Congratulations Onyango sika Dame for using your brains+++ and I hope you will bribe your way to freedom.Your can also seek delaying tactics which will force the complainants or witnesses to lose interest in that simple case.
