Mother and Daughter, Both Dual Citizens, Arrested with Cache of Dangerous Weapons in Nairobi

Police in Nairobi are holding two terror suspects who were arrested with a cache of dangerous weapons on Wednesday.

Goretti Mwihia and her daughter Joyce Muthoni Mwihia, both dual citizenship holders, were arrested by detectives from the Anti-Terror Police Unit of the Directorate of Criminal Investigations (DCI) at their home in Racecourse, Dagoretti Corner, Nairobi.

An M4 sniper rifle with an effective range of 500 meters is among weapons recovered from the two during the operation.

Others are four pistols and a close-quarter Uzi automatic submachine gun capable of firing over 600 rounds per minute. Also recovered was an assortment of more than 3,700 rounds of ammunition of different caliber.

Police believe the assortment of firearms and ammunition were sneaked into the country for terror activities.

The two suspects are being held for further interrogation as ballistic examination of the weapons continues.

What is more important here - the weapons of mass destruction’s origin or the countries of citizenship? We are know @kithoi is really scared to hear of women handling guns he has never seen before!

Why waste court’s time with such Railas/Kabogo/Wanjirus/Johos/Owino’s/Kamandas/Murathes/murderers instead of putting them to death instead of arresting them?

Dual citizens does not infer special treatment they need to be taken to Nyayo house watoboe yote Odinary Kenyans are trying to cope with Corona here comes this super woman with child in tow hoping to steal what little they have got or even worse start terrorism acts there will be no hospital beds for the injured.Throw the book at them like they did with Sonko he has not been seen in public and has been flattened like an envelope.

I hope that the issue of citizenship is just a by-the-way for this news article. Otherwise the crime is high ranking and needs to be treated with the contempt it deserves.

Oh lala, my wonderment at how women are now heavily involved in crimes that were exclusively a preserve of male "human animal" continues.Again this is not good for family unity. That is both mama and papa being criminals.
Again, hardly a week has passed before the "weaker sex" is involved in some criminal activity. At this rate,we may have to release less dangerous criminal and make room for this women.
