I keep on wondering why some Kenyans are appointed into multiple boards of public bodies. Do we have a shortage of qualified Kenyans? We should have a legislation that outlaws these types of appointments

How did Julie Gichuru get appointed as a member of the KEPROBA board yet she also serves in Brand Kenya board. I thought this is not right under the law. Someone needs to check
