Perhaps Makueni might be a good place to retire after after slogging through "Kipunda" tasks in this US of A. With Kibutha Kibwana doing his thing there, I am inclined to think services are/will be elevated; and not the shoddy kind you find in Nairobi and other environs. Am I being too optimistic?

Its good that Professor is being praised for what he was elected to do;and supposed to deliver. He has delivered. Like I said else where, if Kenyans can do excellent work in one sections surely we can replicate that work else where in Kenya.
Those elected officials that are not producing should be held to account.Hopefully, the likes of the Professor,and Dr. Mutua will set the bar for other governors to follow,failure to which their constituency will look for someone who can deliver,and not just talk and ostentatiously display their ill gotten wealth.
