BBI Has Derailed Jubilee’s Development Agenda, Deputy President William Ruto Says

Deputy President William Ruto claims that the campaigns for the Building Bridges Initiative (BBI) have derailed the government’s development agenda.

Ruto pointed out that almost all government operations have been brought to a halt as the focus shifted to the push for a referendum to amend the 2010 Constitution.

"BBI campaigns have halted nearly everything and this is affecting development in the country. I hope we get done with this issue so that we get back to the normal business of serving the people," Ruto said in Gatanga, Murang'a County on Sunday.

While admitting that there is little time left for the Jubilee government to deliver its promises, Ruto said he is ready to continue with the agenda once he takes over as the next president.

"We are not going to be sidetracked by any diversional tactics from a few people who don't want us to deliver," he remarked.

He also vowed to continue visiting the populous Mt. Kenya region despite attempts by his detractors to stop him.

"Those who have issues with me coming to this region should know that I am serving the people from all corners of the country. We used to tour this region with the president while hunting for votes and nothing has changed because I am his deputy," said Ruto.

"I do not understand why some people are angry at me because of reaching out to the common person but I should tell them nothing will make me change my stand on dealing with hustlers. This country belongs to all of us and we need to learn to accommodate each other regardless of their status," he added.

Ruto is the greatest impediment to national development and progress! He has stolen everything from our beautiful country and given it to Rachel to hide under their dirty mattress! This idiot is simply lying to simple minded Kenyan so he can get to the top and open up the Pandora’s box of stealing our National confers! Electing Ruto to the presidency will be the worst mistake a country can do next to Germans electing Hitler the chancellor of Germany!

Only a fool like Kangata can be bought by Ruto while well knowing the dark character in the make up of Ruto. Do not be naive about dark DP Ruto past. Ruto bad side of humanity is not dead! He will revive it if elected president and he will eliminate the members of the kikuyu community in huge numbers. Ruto is a liar - people must learn to call the lie in Ruto exactly what it is; Ruto is a lie, a big lie!

Vice President Brother Kipchirchir Samoei Arap Ruto: If you really care about the vulnerable, helpless, and the poor people of Kenya, demand that they wear a mask when they come to listen to your presidential campaign for next year.
By the way, is making political campaigns part of the job assignment of the vice president? If that is the case, Kenya does not need one.

There was a time in the past when the late President Brother Daniel Kipkorios Toroitich Arap Moi ran the county without a vice president for a long, long time.
