Report: Top 100 Best Companies to Work for in Kenya in 2019

Giant telecommunications operator, Safaricom has once again been ranked as the best company to work for in Kenya in a newly released report. 

The annual report titled; Best 100 Companies to Work for 2019, was released on Wednesday by Brighter Monday.

Safaricom retained its top spot as the best employer in the country followed by East African Breweries Limited (EABL), the United Nations (UN), Kenya Commercial Bank (KCB) Limited and Kenya Revenue Authority (KRA).

Kenya Pipeline Company was ranked 6th, followed by Kenya Electricity Generating Company (KenGen), PricewaterhouseCoopers, Coca Cola while Kenya Airways closed the list of top 10 best employers.

A total of 3,448 valid responses were used in the final analysis with data from two surveys; external and internal, Brighter Monday said.
While the external survey targeted the general public, the internal survey focused on employees working in various companies in Kenya.
