DPP Orders Journalist Jacque Maribe and Her Fiancée Joe Irungu be Charged with the Murder of Monica Kimani

Heard eti "Jacque Maribe Ordered To Undergo Mental Test At Mathari Hospital". So my question is: Even if pleading Insanity could be the case here, how Insane are Kenyan women going INSANE nowadays? Is it because of being MADLY in Love with Crazy people like Irungu? Huh?

1. A YOUNG LADY WAS BRUTALLY MURDERED.

2. WITHOUT EVEN FLINCHING SHE ANNOUNCED IT ON TV KNOWING VEEERY WELL THE CIRCUMSTANCES BEHIND the killing.

3. She Covered Up for Jowie Irungu in so many ways, some things haven't probably even been revealed (But nothing ever stays in the dark forever, does it?)

4. She gave FALSE STATEMENTS initially. You can clearly tell, ako na damu ya ujambazi lakini akili ya kuficha hamna. If she would've stuck to her story to the very end then she might have gotten away with it. BUT YOU Must also appreciate the Kenyan police and CID for pushing further and not taking the Bullshit in her statements.

5. SHE HAD A CLEAR MOTIVE- SHE WANTED MONICA DEAD, DEAD AND GONE. If it's true that she's already pregnant with Jowie then she wanted him ALL TO HERSELF. Monica was her rival, no matter how you look at it. She also had something VALUABLE they wanted- MONEY.

6. JACQUE LITERALLY FU%*ED UP, when she started Dropping names of Jubilee Government Officials- WHICH PISSED OFF THE POLICE WHO WANTED TO SHOW HER THAT SHE WAS TOTALLY NOTHING. AND THIS GOES OUT TO ALL THE WOMEN WHO LITERALLY MAKE A LIVING OPENING THEIR LEGS TO WAKUBWA WA NCHI- MTAJUA HAMJUI.

It is VERY RARE to have details of cases revealed the way this one has. SHE KNEW EXACTLY WHAT KIND OF EVIL THINGS JOWIE HAD DONE FOR THE JUBILEE PARTY AND THAT WAS EXACTLY THE KIND OF MAN SHE WANTED BY HER SIDE. Monica (RIP) on the other hand thrived because of policies that the Jubilee Government had put in place. As a defense attorney, in no way can you convict this woman for murder. Though I am used to jury trials unlike Kenyan adjudication process, Murder cases require the "beyond reasonable doubt" Meaning slam dunk evidence that puts this lady at the scene of the crime. Its easy to convict Maribe with accessory for murder in which she is deeply involved. The DPP here from criminal defense stand point is just opening the door for Maribe to walk out free. Again my view is deeply grounded in case Laws here in the united states and not kenya.
