Kenya Native Billy Chemirmir Indicted on Capital Murder of an Elderly Woman in Dallas, Texas
A Kenyan man has been indicted by a grand jury in Dallas, Texas with the murder of an 81-year-old woman.
45-year-old Billy Chemirmir was indicted last week on capital murder in connection with the death of Lu Thi Harris in March of this year in Frisco, Texas. The charge sheet states that Chemirmir entered Harris’s home, killed her by smothering her with a pillow then stole her jewelry.
Police were conducting surveillance on Chemirmir on a separate attack and theft from a different elderly woman when they observed him throwing away a jewelry box into a dumpster outside his apartment. When officers retrieved the box they found Harris’ name inscribed on it and decided to do a welfare check on her residence, where they found her dead of apparent suffocation. Police also say they found a set of keys belonging to Harris inside Chemirmir’s vehicle.
Chemirmir is being investigated for several other attacks on elderly women in the Dallas area. He is being held in the Dallas County Jail on $1 million bond.

Kenya exported a serial killer who would otherwise be walking in the streets of Kenya murdering women and girls and bribing his way out of trouble. He needs the hangman now.

This nugu Chemirmir, 45 yrs old from Eldama Ravine came to the US in 1998. In the run up to the 1992 & 97 elections, tribal clashes spread to Mogotio & Eldama Ravine, he was 18 yrs old and 23yrs old respectively. Me thinks this guy started killing old folks who were too stubborn or old to flee the clashes in 92 & 97 and just kept on killing after immigrating to the US.

Those who are saying that CHemirmir will hang are prejudging. This fellow may have serious mental issues that might mitigate his sentence to life. Not that life sentence is a walk in the park when murderous and rapists are eagerly waiting for turns...
Of course it will depend on what kind of defense he gets. It OJ Simpson had had a public defender, the out come would have been totally different.Big money certainly helps, not only in Kenya.
In Texas? In this political climate of "illegal immigrants are rapists, murderers! Animals..."

Seriously , I am sorry to say it but I worked with him and I worked with the detective. He is not crazy. He’s evil. They are about to charge him with a couple dozen more murders. They have dna. I know that he killed one of our clients but she was cremated and they don’t have enough evidence on it. He is definitely guilty of the others. His motive was money.
