MP Moses Kuria Undergoes Seventh Surgery in Dubai

Gatundu South MP Moses Kuria has undergone surgery in Dubai, the United Arab Emirates (UAE).

This is his seventh operation following an accident that injured his feet about two months ago.

Through Facebook on Wednesday, Kuria expressed his gratitude that the surgery done at American Hospital Dubai was successful.

“Just woke up from the 7th surgery in 2 months. God is indeed faithful. Thank you all for the prayers,” he wrote.

The MP was injured while using an electric therapeutic mat he purchased from Nairobi-based company Ceragem Limited for Sh250,000 to cure numbness in his feet.

He sustained third-degree burns and was admitted to Karen Hospital in Nairobi, where he underwent multiple surgeries.

“A friend of mine convinced me to use a gadget which to my knowledge I thought was authorized. This gadget happened to do some slow-burning of my feet. I was trying to cure a problem by introducing a killer solution. I went home at night and my feet just exploded,” Kuria said during an interview from his hospital bed.

“I came here [Karen Hospital] the following day and they said I had third-degree burns. They had to do some emergency surgery, then they did a proper surgery, and as late as yesterday yet another surgery. Something that was supposed to be a solution has seen me undergo three surgeries.”

The MP has vowed to sue Ceragem Limited after it emerged that the company is not licensed by the Kenya Pharmacy and Poisons Board.

All he does is politicking with @Ruto! How come the bottom-down level 5 hospital can’t treat him? That is where he expects those who voted for him to go? Nonsense! Kuria stop the BULLSHIT!

Seek treatment for your diabetes and alcoholism. The gadget had a limited warranty which does not cover for stupidity when you do not read the instructions

Wishing you divine health. This a sign of failed healthcare sys for all. A lot of cancer and diabetes patients perish daily due to unaffordable diagnosis and treatment

Do not use electric warmers while asleep! Never use them in diabetic neuropathy!

Shenzi pretended to show off.

Kikuyus can't afford shoes, they have jiggers...and this spendthrift accepted Ksh 250 k blanket?

Luos can't afford tissue papers and use sticks/leaves to wipe themselves.

In deed, the Maasai women use one recycled goat skin for periods.
It goes on and on...
Here is a man who refused to walk, refused to drive, and chose to buy a chopper!

As one female Kikuyu MP said, your problems, as Kuria, just began and she prayed you never get peace. So do I. And may other greedy Mps have the same fate, in God's name.

This is very simple stuff and he didn’t have to go through all this. Kenyan doctors are good for nothing. That being said, I can’t stand this mkabilA and if I was within this on someone it would be him. Pumbavu tribalism buffoon.

Ningependa kujua, Je, huyu ndugu yetu Kuria alipelekwa UAE kwa toroli (wheelbarrow) kama Ndugu yake Samoei anavyotaka WaKenya watumie kwa maisha yao?
