Confusion as a Woman Believed to Have Been Murdered Contacts Lawyer of a Suspect Accused of Killing Her

This is a well orchestrated plan aimed at throwing the case to a different direction. Intelligent people like me already know the mechanism the conperson is using to deceive the court. The alleged machine the purported victim claims to be using to talk is not a machine but google voice translator. The truth is that Dysseleer Mirielle Lesoipa is dead and the suspect Murder Waithera and even the lawyer Khaemba are involved in trying to cover it up. The last paragraph tells it all...."today is 10/11/2021 please assist". The purpose of bringing up the date and WhatsApp message is to esblish an alibi. An alibi defense is a tactic some defendant use during a criminal case. In this case Waithera is trying to assert that Dysseleer Mirielle Lesoipa is still alive and therefore her case should be thrown out. Using the alibi defense typically requires evidence, such as receipts, video footage, Messages(like the WhatsApp message she is Annexing), etc. If I was the Judge I would only accept their evidence if they physically produce Dysseleer. The burden of prove that she is still alive falls with the defense

The alleged dead woman looks like a ghost. She probably was a ghost that manisfeted itself as a human. She could also be an alien from Multiverse. For those who may not know what I am talking about Multiverse is an infinite realm of being or potential being of which the universe is regarded as a part or instance. She could be existing in form of fourth dimension being. This means we cannot entirely dismiss defense claim that the woman is still alive. The defense can annex this photo as part of their evidence to claim this woman was not a normal human being and exist in fourth dimension. A Fourth dimension being cannot be murdered!!!. The Defense need to ask the Court for an order to compel the government to institute a special investigation on the existance of Fourth Dimension forces or Aliens in the territory of Kenya. For instance, it does not make sense that the two leading presidential candidates for 2022 presidential election are the two people who have killed the most people in Kenya's history unless there is a unseen force influencing Kenyan minds
