Uhuru's Look-Alike Asks for DNA Test to Confirm Whether They Have Blood Relations

President Kenyatta’s look-alike Michael Njogo Gitonga says he would like to have a DNA test to confirm whether they are related by blood.

In an interview with TV47, Gitonga alias ‘Uhunye’ said he is still yearning to meet with the president and his family.

“I think he is my brother (blood brother). I do not know yet. I would like to deny but also accept. I am unsure. All I am asking for is a DNA test,” Gitonga said.

The 46-year-old resident of the Umoja estate in Nairobi said his life has taken twists and turns since he rose to fame last year. He admitted that he has been battling alcoholism and has been in and out of rehabilitation.

Gitonga also claimed that his 13-year-old daughter was abused sexually by an acquaintance and the matter is under investigation.

He said the teenager was taken by Catholic nuns who promised to take care of her.

“I never thought anyone would defile my daughter. It really pains me when I think about it. I do not wish anyone plays around with my daughter,” Gitonga proclaimed.

Gitonga rose to fame in August last year after his photos went viral on social media, with Kenyans noticing his striking resemblance to Uhuru.

The father of three said his later mother worked as a security officer in Uhuru’s home area of Gatundu many years ago and does not know anything about his biological father.

This is just a publicity stint. As unfortunate and criminal as the defilement of his daughter is, I cannot understand why he is bringing this up at this time...If it was not public now it is.
I could put the similarity at 60%.Meaning, if I saw him on the streets, I would not mistake him for the president.

Gitonga you found your doppelgänger. Now it’s time to move on. I found mine, I stole his wife, took his job and everything he owned. I suggest you move in the statehouse and claim to be the president. After all you the president looks like you. Do it before elections.

This one is looking for an easy way out in life! He sees a lot of gold attached to Uhuru. He wants to take a dna test hoping the turn of events come out positive! Then the battle for inheritance begins!

Well, I think Uhuru is my brother too in the depth of my mind! Me snd Uhuru wear the same size shoes! Where is my job?

It's NOT about you and your ability to recognise physical appearance similarities on the street Maxiley.NO.
It's about this guy knowing the truth once and for all. He could very well be president's son. He has a right to a DNA test. That's what this is about. Clear?

Please note that I did not say anything about it being about me...I am sure he is not the only one who "resembles" Uhuru. Why are you to intent on him finding out if he it related to Uhuru. So far "evidence" presented is not preponderous to warrant a DNA test.

Njogo should try his luck.At 46 means his mother might have been expired muuaji Kenyatta’s Gachungwa/mistress and if younger as earlier reported could be Uhuru’s son. Those barking nonsense to him are jealousy as they also would have wished they were sired by a president.

Rubish means nothing and if it is from a distant relative of Uhuru what willl he do . this is going nowhere since it is not about uhuru personally. Mwakilishi has time to shop for rubbish like this as usual instead of publishing informative information which can help us

DNA doesn’t lie. I see no harm in finding the relationship if it exists between Gitonga and Uhunye. If no relationship exists then life goes on. If he is related to Uhunye then the ball rolls or doesn’t. Society has put pressure on him. On the other hand he needs to control booze. He didn’t have to bring the matter of his victim daughter though.

My friend time has come for u to put the bottle down n wake up from ur stupidity. If old man Jomo did not rabbit ur mother u r not related to Uhuru. Ur dad is Kimani, mwangi, Karanja n u can take ur lookalike ass to Kamiti Prison where daddy will be waiting for u to bring some ugali n sukuma.

I hate these useless mucha mucha! He is 46 years old and still trying to look for a hand out! Can it get any worse than this stupidity!

Get off the liquor bottle you fool, clean your dirty ass up, find something to do to better your life, and get off that cheap high horse that Uhuru is your damn brother!

Would you claim Uhuru if he was some guy living in Mathare slums!? Get a freaking life and stop drinking like a idiot!

I resemble Densel Washington, the big movie actor, but I’m not going to look for him to get a one second moment of fame plus some scrums under the table! Aishhhhhh! Nonsense!

The press reported he was 34 last year. But he still might be a president’s(Jomo) son at 46.Remember his mother was working at Jomo’s Gatundu home where any of the two BULLs(Uhuru and father) could have fucked her.Wacheni jamaa ajalibu bahati yake.
