MP Moses Kuria Goes to Church without Facemask After Recovering from Covid-19

Gatundu South MP Moses Kuria has appeared in public for the first time in several weeks.

This comes barely three weeks after he announced he was admitted at Karen Hospital in Nairobi after contracting Covid-19.

Through a Facebook post on September 2nd, Kuria said he had been undergoing Covid-19 treatment at the facility for 27 days.

“I really hope that beyond all the debate around Covid-19, all and sundry will not forget that Corona Virus is real. The worst thing we can do is to lower our guard!” Kuria wrote.

“And above all let us remember our gallant front line workers- Not just doctors and nurses like but subordinate staff who put their lives in the line of danger to give care to Corona Virus patients."

"If you are in a hospital bed- Like myself for the last 27 days here at Karen Hospital you witness firsthand the amount of sacrifice they make amid very difficult circumstances. You learn to focus more on the virus and our front line workers, and less on sideshows,” he added.

On Sunday, Kuria accompanied Deputy President William Ruto to the African Inland Church (AIC) in Ziwani, Nairobi for the installation ceremony of Bishop Joshua Nzau Kimuyu, an indication he recovered from the virus.

But what caught the attention of Kenyans on social media is his failure to wear a facemask as required by the Health Ministry.

Photos shared online show Kuria seated in the front row at the church without a mask but those surrounding him are in masks.

Fuata Nyuki posed: “Moses Kuria in church today without a facemask on. Has he recovered, or he's just spreading the virus in the public?”

Joe K Mwangi wrote: “I guess he thinks he got immunity now that he's recovered. I wonder if he's aware that he can get re-infected again.”

Mwakilishi readers...I hope you have seen the video of the woman giving birth outside of a hospital with no help. Yet our ‘leaders’ go to Karen hospital and overseas for treatment. I challenge those who will vote in the next election to not vote for any big names. Respect yourself and vote for leaders who actually want what’s good for the common man. I say no do Uhuru, Raila, Ruto etc. if we don’t get decent leadership soon, there might be scenarios we cannot come from. When the donkey is tired, it will bite back.

Makanisa na misikiti yalitumiwa na wakoloni kutupumbaza.
Churches and mosques were used by the colonialists to make us fools.

Instead of focusing on our current lives, we were told to think about our lives after we died.

Makanisa na misikiti ni adui ya Mwafrika.
Churches and mosques are indeed enemies of the African

Instead of the Vice President building factories and industries to help the unemployed youth, he builds churches where people waste their time instead of building the nation.

Soma Matayo 6: 6-8.

When I was a follower of the Son of Mariamu and Yusuf, I read a passage in the bible where he instructed people how to pray. Please read Matthew 6: 6-8

Therefore, going to church is wasting your time and disregarding the order that the Son of Mariam and Yusuf gave.

I am not a follower of any of the fake foreign religions

Kuria only cares about kuria! He does not care to protect the people attending the church service! His ignorance is what is causing the uncontrollable spread of covid19 get worse. He can still spread covid19 if is indeed symptomatic!

And as you can see, Ruto is decked up with several layers of masks to protect him from Kuria, in case Kuria has some Covid19 bug left over!

Kuria can get reinfected with covid19 and still infect others including his special buddy, the DP Ruto!! Very selfish of kuria to appear in church without a protective mask!

And you wonder why Kenya never moves to a higher ground! It is because of stupid idiots like Ruto and kuria! I like it better when he had been hospitalized with covid19! He is a Moran worse than none other!

Those around him, like DP, should have chased him away. he is clearly not interested in protecting others or himself. the church should have asked him to leave. he is spreading the virus.
