Africa's Richest Man Aliko Dangote Looking for a Wife

Africa's richest man, Aliko Dangote says he's now ready to marry again and is looking for a companion.

In an interview with Financial Times, the Nigerian tycoon said age is catching up with him and needs someone to spend his sunset years with.

“I’m not getting younger. Sixty years is no joke…but it doesn’t make sense to go out and get somebody if you don’t have the time. Right now, things are really, really very busy, because we have the refinery, we have the petrochemicals, we have the fertiliser, we have the gas pipeline…I need to calm down a bit.”

The billionaire's vast business empire runs from oil, to food processing, cement manufacturing and even freight. The businessman has been divorced twice, but being Muslim, he can legally marry up to four wives.

He has three daughters, the youngest being Fatima, who got married earlier this year in a lavish wedding attended by among others, American billionaire and Microsoft owner Bill Gates.

Dangote, who is worth about $12 billion, has in the past expressed interests in buying English Football side Arsenal.

What did you learn in your two past marriages?.If not much, then it's just a matter of time before you are on the market again or may be say that institution is not for me I failed 3 times.Anyway there are plenty of women out there who would take quite some abuse to be with you...

@Maxiley, marriage is one of those things that the more you do it the worse you become. Many people when they remarry they pick over from where they left. They come with so many wounds from the past which have not healed. Once you touch them they pain so badly. First marriage has 50% chance of falling apart, 2nd married 75%, 3rd and 4th marriage more than 80%.

Akamba masyaa, "Mbaka nzeo yumaa utuini." This Kamba proverb basically means, if you want to get a good cat, it must come from the same neighborhood where you live.
