Two Kenyan Women Detained in India over Drug Trafficking

Police in India are detaining two Kenyan nationals after they were found in possession of suspected narcotic drugs.

The two, Mwanje Faridah, 42, and Cilian Awar Nyanzangu were arrested by customs officials at Chhatrapati Shivaji Maharaj International Airport in Mumbai on Sunday, The Times of India reported. Both suspects were arrested separately.

Faridah was found in possession of 980 grams of a white-colored substance believed to be cocaine while Nyanzangu was carrying 5.16 kilograms of a white powder suspected to be heroin, according to India's Air Intelligence Unit (AIU).

Authorities said Nyanzangu landed in Mumbai from Addis Ababa, Ethiopia.

The two are set to be arraigned in court to face charges of drug trafficking, an offense that can attract a sentence of up to 20 years imprisonment in India.

Fast lane life right?? Come easy easy go.
Seems like no one wants to struggle to make ends meet.
Unfortunately, these two will pay a price and will be used as an example as not to commit crime.

I suspect a certain W. African named Ekeke Odumosu who resides in Kilimani might have drug-muled these 2 women to India.

They find naive African women to do the risky work for them. They should identify who they're working for.
