Kenyan Woman Raped, Murdered After Attending House Party in Kilimani
Homicide detectives are investigating the circumstances under which a Kenyan woman died after attending a house party at an apartment in Nairobi’s Kilimani area.
The lifeless body of Sheila Njeri Murage was discovered on a flowerbed at Santonia Court by workers on Saturday, according to Daily Nation.
Reports indicate she was holding a half-smoked stick of bhang with blood oozing from her nose. The deceased also had some back injuries.
Sheila reportedly attended the party alongside Christine Awuor Aluoch and Shem Lwanga Mang’ula at the house owned by one Claire Chepkoech Nge’no.
The three told police that Sheila left the party at some point, but gave conflicting accounts of the time she left.Sleuths from the Directorate of Criminal Investigations (DCI) believe the three were involved in the murder of Sheila.
An autopsy done by Dr. Frank Njenga at City Mortuary indicates that Sheila was sexually assaulted and had ‘head injuries due to blunt force trauma’.
The three were arraigned in court on Thursday, where Christine and Claire were granted Sh100,000 cash bail while Shem was detained for five days pending DNA profiling to establish whether he was the one who raped Sheila before killing her.
Neighbors interrogated by police acknowledged there was a party on the second floor but did not hear any commotion.
The apartment is leased by its owner on AirbnB with neighbors saying Sheila used it frequently. Santonia Court has six apartments and is manned on a 24-hour basis by G4S guards.

A. Was there a murder weapon where the body was found? If not point at the guard.
B. Do any of th people at the party or the guard on duty smoke bhang? If yes, take them in coz a dying person cant hold on to smthing.
C. Why didnt anyone in the party offer to see their friend off? Was there an argument in the party? ask the neighbour downstair.

The murder was a set up by everyone who was present! They had prep lanes what the wanted to do to the murdered days in advance! The guards may have been involved in one way or the other! Shem and any other male present at the party should be investigated!

Who ever trained our Investigators??? Speculations and innuendos do not solve Crimes.
Good commonsense and commitment by a well trained investigator does. There abound lots of evidence in a case such as this. First No woman would leave a party in the middle of the night and not say something or a arouse someones attention. She was Raped how many many were in the Vicinity? The fully fenced Compound guarded 24 hrs can give statistics. Test each and everyone for DNA. She had a half smoked joint on her hand, Silly, A dying person has no time for just one last puff. Who Invited her?..How come the body was in the compound for hours without it being reported. The Party organizers truly have something to do with her death, or are hiding something. The guard is deep in it.
