Raila Not Out to Wreck Jubilee Party, President Kenyatta Says

President Kenyatta has once again defended his unity pact with Orange Democratic Movement (ODM) leader Raila Odinga.
Speaking when he officially closed the maiden AfroChampions Boma forum on African infrastructure financing and delivery, a seemingly irritated Kenyatta trashed claims that Odinga is out to wreck Jubilee Party ahead of 2022 elections.
Kenyatta also asserts that his handshake deal with Raila has nothing to do with 2022 succession politics.
"He [Raila] has never told me he wants to be president in 2022; I have not told him I want to be president in 2022. We have just been talking about the issues that affect our people."
"When it comes to infrastructure, what do we need to do? We discuss and we support each other and agree. When it comes to health, this is what we need to do. We sit, we discuss, we agree. He also gives me ideas that enhance something and make it even better. Now, what's wrong with that?" poses Uhuru.
Kenyatta's remarks appear to be directed at Deputy President William Ruto and his allies, who have previously accused Raila of using the handshake to sow seeds of discord within the governing party.
"The most important thing is us. It's our people, our country, our future," says Kenyatta.

Of course Raila is out to wreck Jubilee Party. And why shouldn't he? Remember the 2017 mass protest, burning down vehicles, burning down schools, looting businesses and beating up motorists and mock swearing in- all that was meant to wreck Jubilee Party. ODM is a sworn enemy of Jubilee Party. Besides,Raila is a party wrecker. Remember: FORD Party, FORD-KENYA, NDP, KANU, LDP, CORD, NASA- these are all the parties Raila has traversed in an attempt to satisfy his intense thirst for power. Yes, Raila is busy wrecking Jubilee Party to pave way for a new party headed by Uhuru Kenyatta and Raila Odinga-just like the Jomo Kenyatta and Oginga Odinga KANU of 1963. And that is our Kenya tomorrow- in a nutshell.
