Migori Governor Okoth Obado Ditches Raila for Deputy President William Ruto
Migori Governor Okoth Obado has ditched Opposition leader Raila Odinga for Deputy President William Ruto.
While taking a swipe at Odinga, Obado has vowed to walk with the Deputy President to ensure that Migori gets a share of government goodies.
"As your Governor, I want you to allow me walk with Ruto everywhere he goes so that we can realise development. We don't want anything to do with the crocodiles," he said amid applause from the crowd.
“Either the Joshua (Raila) taking you to the river infested with crocodiles is fake or river Jordan itself is fake,” the embattled Governor adds, in reference to Raila's analogy of Joshua and taking Kenyans to 'Canaan'.
Odinga has been quoted saying that he encountered crocodiles in River Jordan as he led Kenyans to the promised land and that's why he opted to 'build bridges' with President Kenyatta.
The embattled governor has also asked Kenyans to pray for him so he can get "out of the crocodile's mouth. "
“If you pray for me, I will get out of the crocodile’s mouth."
“I would like you to condemn this so-called crocodile, which some people want to swallow me. Let us not allow this crocodile to eat us up. I am ready to work with the DP now and in future."
Obado has been charged with the murder of Rongo University Student Sharon Otieno and her seven-month-old unborn baby and was released on bail two weeks ago after staying behind bars for a month.
He is also been investigated by the Ethics and Anti-Corruption Commission (EACC) over alleged loss of close to Sh2 billion from Migori County government coffers.

Obado is definitely a egomaniac. He is preoccupied with his one's self and follows his own ungoverned impulses and is possessed by delusions of personal greatness and feels a lack of appreciation. His feel of lack of appreciation by Raila by made him unwisely embrace Ruto a move that will soon backfire on him. His delusion of person greatness led him to murder Sharon because he could not fathom being linked to a low class married woman. This man Obado has all the character and personality of a serial killer. consider him to be among the most dangerous persons in Kenya. Imagine a fellow like this raising to the level of a President. He would Kenyans, especially Kikuyus, in millions. Thanks God he will never raise above the level of a Governor

As a Luo man I can say that we Luo tribesmen are occasionally accused of lacking wisdom or of making wrong judgements. I don't know which is which but I can say that we Luo's as individuals we are prone to making decisions that leaves other communities no choices but to question our wisdom. Take Obado as an example. He knows he is going to be on death row very soon but inside of being wise and play neutral he want to agonize the very people who can help him. Raila does not need Obado but Obado needs Raila's help if he is going to escape a date with hangman. Ruto cannot take Obado's support seriously because Obado is a liability to anybody that stands next to him

Could somebody tell Obado,that no amount of praying will save him from his predicament...Come clean first,then prayers will follow... of forgiveness.
Iam even surprised that he has the gall to laugh and pall with DP while a murder charge is hanging on his neck.
As if that is not enough, the EACC is breathing heavily on his neck as well.
Certainly he is acting like an innocent man,or avery good actor. Time will tell.That is if the judiciary does its job, free of interference.
