@Mbingu, I agree with you wholeheaartedly. Ndugu Keter should have been aware that he was on the radar. In the past, he questioned about Dada Waiguru and the NYS.

Before arresting Keter, they should have arrested:

1. Kalemshi Pattni - Goldenberg financial scandal

2. Toroitich - " " "

3. Musalia Mudavadi " " "

4. Anne Waiguru - NYS

5. Matiang'i - used our money to deport Miguna

For justice to prevail, all financial scandal participants should be arrested and taken to Ndugu Maraga. He is the first true real Chief Justice of Kenya since independence.

These guys who are always up in arms, be it JP or Nasa have something to hide. They use their breathing-fire and nail-biting antics to keep a casual eye at bay. People who have something to hide use these antics to build walls around themselves. Make examples of these guys if found guilty so that others may learn to keep off their hands from the cookie jar.

I wonder if mr Keter is fit to be an MP. If found guilty of an offence, he should be jailed and to lose his parliamentary seat. IEBC falted by allowing him to run in the last polls after the Gilgil saga. All the Mps should be vetted again and those with criminal records to lose seats whether in JP, NASA or otherwise
