Need to Check if You Won the Green Card Lottery (DV-2021) But You Lost Your Confirmation Number? Check How to Retrieve it Here…

Results of the 2021 Diversity Visa/Green Card Lottery  (DV-2021) became available online on Saturday, June 6, 2020.

The Diversity Visa program provides up to 55,000 permanent resident visas/ green cards to nationals of countries with low immigration rates to the United States. Participants who win the lottery and pass background checks and interviews at US consulates are then eligible to migrate to the US along with their spouse and dependent children.

To check if they won, entrants who participated in the online registration program  between October 2nd, 2019 and November 5th, 2019 will need to provide their confirmation number, last/family name, and birth year.

The confirmation number was sent at the time of registration to the email address used to register, but those who lost their confirmation number can retrieve it on the DV lottery program portal by providing their last/family name, first name, middle name (if any), date of birth, and email address used to register for the lottery.
