Polycarp Otieno alias Fancy Finger, a member of the celebrated Kenyan music band Sauti Sol is set to tie the knot to his Burundian lover Lady Mandi in a family-only white wedding ceremony.
This comes after the two held an invite-only traditional wedding ceremony in Bujumbura, Burundi last month.
Speaking during an interview with Word Is, Polycarp said he will soon be holding a church wedding to "get blessings."
“The one we had in Burundi was big enough and I had everybody that I wanted to see there, but we have to do a church wedding to get church blessings,” said Polycarp.
The singer said plans for the white wedding were in top gear and will exclusively be a family affair but declined to reveal the date and venue of the event.
“Dates and destination of the wedding are not set yet, although it will be exclusively for family,” Polycarp stated.
His fellow Sauti Sol members Bien-Aimé Baraza ,Willis Austin Chimano and Delvin Savara Mudigi were among a few close friends who attended the traditional ceremony in Burundi.
