Kenya Airways Announces 30 Percent Discount on Flight Tickets as it Turns 42

Kenya Airways on Tuesday announced a 30 percent discount on tickets for passengers flying Economy Class as it celebrates its 42nd birthday.
In a statement on its Twitter handle, the airline says the promotion will apply to travelers who book and pay for tickets before February 5th, 2019, and travel by December 10th, 2019.
"The fare offer is valid on selected destination across its network," the airline says.
Under the promotional offer, travelers can also purchase a Business Class ticket and get the second one free. Travelers can book tickets at Kenya Airways sales offices, from preferred travel agents or online.
Currently, the national airline flies to 52 destinations globally, 42 of which are in Africa, and moves more than three million passengers annually.
In October 2018, KQ launched the historic nonstop flights between Nairobi's Jomo Kenyatta International Airport (JKIA) and JK Kennedy International Airport in New York, United States.
Kenya Airways the only East African airline that operates direct flights to the United States and one among eight in Africa.
