Talanta Awards 2010

The 3rd annual Talanta Awards are set to take place on Saturday 17th, July 2010 at the Lighthouse Convention Center located at 326 Tryon Road, Raleigh, NC.   New this year is inclusion of gospel artists from other African countries.   So far there is lots of buzz among artist from Tanzania, Nigeria, Zambia, Congo, Rwanda, Zimbabwe, Ghana and Uganda who have nominees in various categories including Best Artist and Best Male and Female artist.

Also added is Most Talented under 10 year old, where one can vote for the best kid.

The Talanta Awards combines already established and well-respected Christian Artists with the ‘Best of the Blessed’ stars of the future. While the Christian Celebrity Artists serve as not just performers and presenters, but also dedicate their time to give back as mentors to up and coming artists.
