Alexandria, VA - You have been invited by the US Ambassador to the African Union and The Global African Diaspora Union (GADU) to participate in an exciting series of Diaspora "Talks".

The Forum will give African Diaspora an opportunity to dialogue directly with the AU Chairman an Commisioners about their vision for developing and implementing a more effective partnership.

Our objective is the betterment of both the Diaspora and the African Continent. Other participants will include US and international diplomats, the African development sector, private industry, US governmental agencies and non-governmental organisations.

 Join us the evening of April 22, 2010 in Alexandria, Virginia for some thought-provoking dialogue on the people's perspective on African development.

GADU Vision: 
The Global African Diaspora Union’s vision is to bring African Americans and African Diaspora together in harmony and
cooperation – regardless of nationality, tribe of origin, or language – to address health, economic, educational, cultural,
and family development needs of African Diaspora and those living on the African Continent.  This Forum is the necessary
first step to making that partnership a reality.

Ambassador’s Reception: “A Taste of Africa & The Caribbean” 6:00-7:45 PM
FORUM “Talks” with The African Union: 8:00-9:30 PM
